Terms and Conditions
Payment of your final order is due in full within 3 days of placing the order using the online proofing system. Charlotte Reeves Photography accepts cash, cheque, direct deposit or Paypal.All items are priced from the price list in effect at the time of this agreement. Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the session. Items purchased more than 30 days after the date of the event will be priced from the most recent price list in effect.
Postage and Delivery Policy
Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from date of submitting your order. All final images from the event will be kept on file for 5 years from the date of event. You are welcome to place a re-print order from these images during this time.All orders are to be inspected by you at pickup or delivery to ensure they meet your approval. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns; no exceptions.
Image Modification Policy
Product prices apply to images displayed on the site on an as-is basis. Any modifications required to the image will usually attract additional charges. Extensive modifications will be quoted on a case by case basis, however for common requests the following prices apply:
Removal of background (everything but the subject) of image to white ~ $20-$30
Removal of items in background (i.e. poles, trees etc) ~ $5-$40
